We have a few species (Pisum sativum, Lens culinaris, Vicia faba) that require csi indexing on their annotations, due to having big chromosomes. I think the autocontent is currently assuming that a tbi index will exist, but it should probably test the assumption and look for a csi index if the tbi is not found
