Andrew's idea, similar to linkouts.

I don't remember much about Andrew's idea but I suspect it may fit in nicely with getting @ctcncgr -framed ZZBrowses to belch forth from GCV-initiated linkouts? Was it just being able to get into ZBrowse using a specified genomic region?
