Upgrade to latest version of R #35

This is possible now that we fixed #7, but would require upgrading Fedora and shiny-server as well, on the development and production VMs.

This refers to dev-legfedorg and legfedorg (Fedora 28, R 3.5.2) and dev-zzbrowse (Fedora 29, R 3.6.1).

sgr-shiny is sufficiently modern (Fedora 35, R 4.1.1), but ZZBrowse is not yet installed.
