GCV used to have integrated support for tours as part of being an LIS tool. However, tours have fallen out of maintenance at LIS and thus tour related code in GCV has slowly fallen out of maintenance, with the overall tour functionality no longer working. The goal of this issue to remove all remaining to related code from GCV.
