I didn't find an ontology tag for glyphosate resistance, so I labeled it under 'herbicide resistance.'

Regarding Glyma.07G011600 vs. Glyma.07G011600.1: the second version (with .1) indicates the first splice variant. The "bare" ID without splice variant usually refers to the gene as a whole. In short, these are more or less interchangeable (depending on purpose). We haven't yet specified whether one form or the other is preferred.
