I'm having trouble with the ontologies website. how do i find soybean related terms on it?

Which link are you trying to use? I see that the https://www.ebi.ac.uk/ols4/ontologies/pato , link is broken I will work on fixing that.

There are multiple other websites that you can use. On the student_tutorial README page there are links that I know that work. https://github.com/legumeinfo/gene-function-registry/tree/main/student_tutorials#how-to-find-ontology-terms

Side Note: Ontologies is something we need a lot help making a tutorial for training.

Thanks hopefully we can make it more effective and thank you for the other link it was starting to feel like a wild goose chase. I have to call it for the day but i will pick up right here tomorrow.

Hey I still have some questions about how to best do a ontology? can I ask you them tomorrow?

No worries, ontology is hardest part. I will able available after 1:30pm today. I will email you a zoom link.

I think I found a cheat sheet to link and have something to record a video with I will see you at 1:30 but for the moment there is little other work for me to do. Sorry
