Minor changes to _config.yml for consistency with https://github.com/legumeinfo/jekyll-theme-legumeinfo/commit/05752a3b68e2c5b4439df88b20c397bd9c8d4fa2. And updates to announcements. I note that the Feb 23 changes in the Jekyll-theme appear not to have been incorporated into this Jekyll site instance, but that can be done independent of this batch of announcements.
