Add build automation and host via GitHub pages #7

Legumeinfo uses a GitHub workflow to automatically build and deploy the legumeinfo Jekyll site on GitHub pages. Modify the workflow to automatically build and deploy this repo whenever changes are committed to main. The site hosted on GitHub pages can then be used as a demo so people can see exactly what their getting from this repo without having to download and run the code themselves.

Isn't this already true for jekyll-stage.legumeinfo.org ?

I'm talking about copying the legumeinfo workflow into this repo so there will be a verbatim build of the starter site that can be used as a demo.

Ahhh gotcha, didn't catch that this is about the starter site, of course. Carry on!
