Fix domain's description containing empty [] or () in place of hyperlinks

On protein domains page of tripal_domain module, the "Description" column have some hyperlink data missing which is enclosed in [] or ().

Hi Pooja-
was just looking at some domain entries on the site and noticed that there are many cases in
which the descriptions (from interpro) contain empty (or mostly empty) parentheses or brackets; for example
search for Domain name Contains transposase and you'll see some cases like:
" mostly from Arabidopsis thaliana[]."
" transposases for Mutator transposable elements [, ]"
" There is a domain of unknown function, (), at"

from comparing to the entries at interpro, it looks like they are all cases where there are hyperlinks contained
within the empty [] or (), so I am guessing that the xml parsing is having some trouble with these. It's not
a huge issue, but if you have time to have a look at some point that would be good. Maybe you could
go ahead and submit a JIRA issue for it so we don't forget.
