Reloading MARKER worksheet appears to remove physical positions #665

After loading BertioliMoretzsohn_v02srk.xslx, the marker positions for all markers in the MARKER worksheet were removed from the database.

you are probably already aware, but this has broken the tour at the point where the Gbrowse link should appear. It looks like you're working on fixing it, but if it turns out to be a stumper, maybe we could just update the one marker manually until you have it figured out? Sorry if I inadvertently triggered this by asking for the publication update...

Restoring the physical position fixed the tour.

Left over from long ago was a function to clear all dependencies for a marker before updating it, which presumed all known information about a marker would exist in the spreadsheet being loaded. This is clearly untrue with our current processes. E.g. a marker may be placed on multiple maps via multiple publications, and therefore, multiple spreadsheets. Synonyms likewise accumulate over time.
