Consider replacing gene basket with download options #683

The gene basket is built from LightShop, which was munged during the Drupal6 -> Drupal7 update and can no longer be modified. Since the gene basket was only being used to select a set of gene models to download in various formats, this functionality could be replaced by extending trp_download (https://github.com/tripal/trpdownload_api).

Fixing the gene search filter will mean removing LightShop.
