Add NCBI Cicer arietinum annotation 100 track to Cicer GBrowse #77

NCBI has annotation for chickpea created using their eukaryotic genome annotation pipeline. It would be useful to add this as a track to the cicer GBrowse.

The GFF is available here:

It is a nontrivial job to convert this into something ready for consumption by GBrowse, but it's something I've done for the soybean GBrowse, and should be able to reuse the same scripts with minimal modification for cicer when Wei is ready to work on this track.

I think this would be worthwhile. There are some major projects underway in chickpea now, and my impression is that the current consortium annotations (the track we have now) are relatively weak.

It is now on my to do list. If it is not urgent, I would like to finish placing peanut markers on both peanut genomes and display them on genome browsers first.
