Show correct gene glyph on JBrowse, not mRNA glyph #20

This is common to all mines, but may as well fix it while doing other SoyMine fixes. The gene glyph is actually an mRNA glyph, not the cool connected exon train that we all love.

@vivekkrish I've finished an update of SoyMine which has the current state of my code. I'm wondering if you could remind me how to jigger the gene glyph to behave properly. I cannot figure out why it doesn't show a normal gold glyph; the trackList.json looks fine, and the data is there. I'm using the Araport version of Config.java in IM but stock JBrowse-1.12.3.

Turns out the glyph being used IS the gene glyph. As opposed to the more generic block glyph.
