Add synteny? #8

Time to add synteny back in. Double-check attributes and references and organism.trait!!!

Or, first off, do we WANT synteny on LegumeMine? Or should that be one of the "special features" of the individual mines? It'll be a huge amount of data on LegumeMine.

I've decided that we'll leave synteny on the individual mines to save DB size on LM and to give the individual mines some cache'.
