Fix GlycineMine templates to match 5.1.0.2 data model

Typically Identifier --> Name, maybe some other stuff. Most of these updates will carry forward to 5.1.0.3.

Note @maxglycine I'm going to add assembly selectors for chromosomes since we've got multiple assemblies and it's a bit confusing to get the same markers, etc. for different assemblies. Or, in some cases, have a column that shows the assembly version explicitly.
