Update remote host name #150

The following appears in webapp/build.gradle,

def remoteHostName = "shokin-webapps"

Should we replace (or have we already replaced) this with something more general?

Should it be lupini-mines?

"shokin-webapps" appears in ~/.intermine/<yourmine>.properties as well - same question.
