Can we add the Consensus40 map positions to the Genetic Marker report? May be a datastore issue? @adf-ncgr @StevenCannon-USDA @jd-campbell

Let's discuss in tomorrow's meeting along with https://github.com/legumeinfo/datastore-issues/issues/205 which has grown a bit stale in my mind but seems probably related- will try to freshen my memory a bit between now and then too...

@maxglycine - A first step will be to add it to the Data Store, with a collection in maps/. If there are associated markers, then also in markers/.

Please send or point me to the files.

(Also - I vaguely remember that Sam decided to skip this because the composite 4.0 map has negative cM values(?), and that may have presented problems in the Mine model)
