Draft spec for paginated search #16

I've retroactively added a spec for paginated search that describes the parts of the UI shared by all paginated search elements. Please have a look and let me know if I've missed anything.

If there's no movement on this issue by tomorrow then I'm going to close it and tag a release for the spec.
