Support to native characters #3

Please add support to native characters like polish ąłż.

I added Polish and Hungarian characters.

Please check if they are fine: I did not check real texts in these languages.

But I found, on HOMM2 messages, if I put national characters, all following are not visible, but on HOMM3 works great.
