Metadata Editor #52

The Metadata Editor is currently... sparse. Considering that at least a few of the Dublin Core choices can be entered multiple times to account for different languages, the current options simply aren't enough.

Perhaps have a list box like in the tag browser?

Have a window that's something similar to the right-click -> properties -> image in Nemo. Displays a list of metadata tags and their values. The dropdown choice% will be for adding new tags(?), while there'll be an editor-canvas or maybe a text-field% for editing existing tags.
