Ivy from Finder #94

Ivy doesn't work well when it's set as the default application for images in Finder. After some research (and a thread on the Racket Users group) it seems as though the image isn't being sent to the program as a command-line argument, but as an application-file-handler, which apparently calls on-drop-file.
