[1.19.2] Silk Touch drain millions of FE in seconds #107

Version info Java version: 1.19.2 Minecraft Forge version: 43.3.0

Describe the bug The Silk Touch module is draining millions of FE in seconds after breaking a single block. I suppose this is a bug and not a feature because you already spent an Enchanted Book with Silk Touch + the other materials.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior: Build Silk Touch module in survival and break blocks.

Screenshots I can record a short youtube video if the problem is not reproducable.

Intended behavior. Turn it off when not in use.

Is it possible to edit this in a config then? Personally I believe this energy cost to be way too high, considering you can use said enchant on any other modded weapon and retain Silk Touch for thousands of blocks before needing repairs. Modular Powersuits was always about being a little overpowered Iron Man :)

Settings for that would be server side so they would be in the world folder for that world
