Fix for bad translate for ru_ru.lang 1.16.5 #19

The translation into Russian was very bad, so I finished it and it became better! p.s. before it I posted issue here(https://github.com/MachineMuse/MachineMusePowersuits/issues/992) and nobody answered me, so I know what the problem and writer again here.

please change in the name of the file from".txt" to ".lang" mirror : https://pastebin.com/hHF4ujDk edit: changed from " RF " to " FE "

Unfortunately, that is the old language file format that is no longer used.
