[1.16.4] Alpha 1 GUI Module value flicker in module tweak frame. #2

The values in the module tweak frame seem to glitch out every 10 seconds or so, not all, but some. Might be a sync issue.

Fixed. Issue was due to how value labeled were stored in a map that was constantly being recreated.
