Revisit name/nick confusion #35

We seem to have settled with Avatar.nick (which I'm not too keen on, but hey) but some modules do indeed still use .name. We should revisit every such occurrence and fix/document them.

I have hotfixed factoid in 46b8289c1a8f51ac9612558bb8c4fe9bcd45d4ef.
