QC improvements

Add stuff:

• [ ] plot ly plots for the svg ones
• [ ] add more report data (versions, input files etc)
• [ ] ion injection time violin plots per fraction
• [ ] PCA on BOTH sets and groups when having deqms, not only groups
• [ ] use max amount of PSMs in step plots and overview table
• [ ] in LF etc add a legend to encode setnames which can get too long and compress the plot, test with big LF batch to see result
• [ ] use different palet for colors in isobaric plot
• [ ] Tables with numbers and % of missed cleavages, of PSMs IDed per MS2 scans, of the overall protein coverage, Identifications, etc.

I have tested using plotly in pgt and now I more or less know how to do that, look there for inspiration.
