Isobaric prec.purity calc for TIMS needs newer pwiz version #6

The pipeline msconvert is 3.0.9992 and e.g. our normal lab msconvert is 3.0.20066 so we should upgrade. Means to switch to another container because it's not available in bioconda. But that is fine.
