Batch statement editor in DNA GUI, incl. coder reassignment #209

Add a button or combo box to the document editor to reassign the coder(s) of the selected document(s).

Similar functionality could be implemented for statements once a statement recode function or editor is available.

Both subject to coder permissions of editing others' documents/statements.

Added document editor coder selection combo box and statement popup window coder selection combo box. To do: batch statement editor with coder recode option.

Batch statement editor for recoding multiple statements at once with preview added in commit 2f20e8124658873eebac708be89e76ee2ff38ac7.
