How to find the statements I deleted by mistake?

Hi, professor! As I mentioned, I deleted some important statements in a database by mistake, how can I find them? Mac os, Java 17.0.6

Hi there. If you delete them, they are gone. Sorry to be the bearer of bad news. It's probably worth keeping frequent backups.
