4.8. Is there a technically unambigious way to state "seconds since
the epoch"? Maybe this already is (I guess there is plenty of prior
art in networking protocols, excuse my ignorance), maybe it should say
"in Unix time" (as there are several ways of counting the seconds
since the epoch, AFAIU). Maybe that's even worse?
