What steps will reproduce the problem? Please include as much detail as
possible.
this might have already been adressed but i couldnt find it in the threads.
1.cannot log in via computer to initiate transfer
2.keeps asking for username and password
3.followed steps listed...siging in as anonymous, etc
4.have tried changing informatin via app on phone
5.sign in via computer does not change
6.not sure what to do, not real tech savvy clearly.
any help would be truly appreciated

win vista 64-bit
Which FTP client are you using?
Which Android device and version do you have (Nexus, Droid, Hero, G1,
etc.)?
