I managed to build this software and i get these errors:
the first error is that the website dosen't work for some reason.
and all i get is a "404 page not found" error, that is probably that i failed to build the frontend because im on windows.
and the second issue happens if i press "Launch TF2" in the system tray, nothing happens and the command line says this.
