Skip MOTD #520

Perhaps after #373 would yall be down for a sourcemod feature that lets users opt in to skipping the MOTD on connect?

Could also let users opt in to auto joining a random team and preferred/random class (with fallback on class limit conflict).

This just removes a few clicks when joining, but I tried out https://forums.alliedmods.net/showthread.php?t=232435 + auto-class-joining and it feels really slick imo.

I'm not opposed to the MOTD hiding under the condition its shown at least once, like a EULA lol. For most users this is the only set of rules they will ever be exposed to. I'm sure only a small fraction of people actually look them up. Even now we get some ban appeals saying some variant "i didn't know the rules", so i wouldn't want to make that an easier argument to make for them.

I'm ok with allowing auto-team joining, but I think the auto-class selection one is a bit problematic. I feel like it would essentially favour people with better computers & connections to always get the class they want. They already have the advantage of being able to basically "snipe" free slots when auto-joining. Granted those people will usually be in the server first and able to select it most of the time anyways, but i think we have to give others the chance.
