I downloaded a bunch of time series data by county and as I was analyzing it realized that many of the observations for temperature say temperatures like 100 or 200. I was looking for documentation on NOAA but could not seem to find an explanation for these temperature values. Do you have a sense of what this means?
I went through the same and read the documentation from daily_fips that explains the data ofr min, max and avg T is recorded by NOAA in tenths of degrees C.
