I think some of these might have been issues created by the newest version of rnoaa (although maybe not?), and then some were where we weren't identifying the package that went with each function.
Some of the changes were to allow the functions still to run with quality codes in the data. Since those aren't numeric, they were causing problems with some of the functions calculating sd, range, etc. across all monitors for different observations. We might want to look at that part more carefully and make sure it's doing what we want in those cases.
