I've always wondered if you English speakers realize that this trick is impossible in languages with a strong reliance on grammatical genders like German/French/Polish/Russian/Hebrew/etc/etc/etc without dismantling the whole grammar of the language?
Haha. I speak six languages fluently and there is always a way. Sometimes it sounds strange for a while, but then people get used to it. That was the case in English for a while.
Sincere thanks for the quick merge. Bedankt/Merci/Спасибо!
Luckily native speakers of the aforementioned languages have not started this stupid quest for crippling their language . No matter how utterly stupid and insane I find it, I only merged it because this is a general tendency in English, and I follow native speakers in their language use.
Now, if you really are a fluent speaker in these languages, I would appreciate if you pointed me to similar examples in French, German, Russian, etc, and shared you views on how grammatical genders can be gotten rid of.
This is a small tweak to make the descriptive language of this repo more gender-neutral. This is easy to do in English by changing he or she to 'they' and himself or herself to 'themselves' (a plural form is used as the singular and sounds natural to native speakers).
I also tweaked the wording stylistically. My tweak also retains the ambiguity of the original text.
