  1. How to benefit from this high throughput data set based on library of around a million of yeast double deletion mutants? Their fitness score is the colony size relative to WT (Pairwise interaction-format dataset 1)

  2. How to benefit from the dataset 2 where correlation matrix are drawn for all these gene interactions? (a dendogram of the .cdt data format can be viewed using Java TreeView)
