Many people fail to understand how calendars work, and send out invites several days long. They do not send them using the "All-day" option. This results in a meeting taking up my whole day (and weekends).

Add an option to represent these meetings as all-day meetings.
Describe alternatives you've considered
Declining the meeting is not a good solution as I lose visibility into when important people are OOTO.
