I use MeetingBar on a few computers (thank you!). On my M1 MBP and my i7 MBP I am having no issues.
On my MacPro I installed MeetingBar and when I choose MacOS calendar it prompts me to enabled access in System Preferences. When I open system preferences, there is no sign of MeetingBar asking for permssion.
I suspect this is the relevant log line
TCCDProcess: identifier=leits.MeetingBar, pid=3554, auid=501, euid=501, binary_path=/Applications/MeetingBar.app/Contents/MacOS/MeetingBar attempted to call TCCAccessRequest for kTCCServiceAccessibility without the recommended com.apple.private.tcc.manager.check-by-audit-token entitlement
