fix(Icons): Updates the Slack, Teams, and Meet Icons to all be scalable resources to 16x16 #622

Description

This updates the Slack Huddle SVG to a 32x32 resource which will scale properly within MeetingBar.
The Google Meets icon has been updated so it can scale down to 16x16 as all other icons.
Slack, Teams, and Meet Icons have been updated from available icons from Wikipedia and also run through ImageOptim with SVGo to reduce the size of the files.
