Add support for zm.page links

Description

A few folks at the company where I work use zm.page links (for shortened Zoom links) and also MeetingBar. Figured I'd try to add in support for the links.

I followed what I saw in

App built successfully after making the changes, but I figure I made at least one mistake. Glad to make any additional modifications needed!
