Issue that this suggestion fixes

I have a Mac and wanted to download the app. Since I work with Teams 99% of the time due to customer engagement, and because clients need to view my calendar, I intended to integrate MeetingBar via SharePoint or Office 365. However, I can only select the Mac calendar, which creates issues when scheduling appointments and updating calendars. Therefore, my question is whether it will be possible to integrate a 365 Teams calendar with MeetingBar in the near future. This would be excellent, as I would then be eager to use the app, which currently does not make sense for me. Thank you very much.

Solution description

my company primarily use a Mac for my work and heavily rely on Microsoft Teams for client interactions. I sought to integrate MeetingBar through SharePoint or Office 365. However, the current limitation of MeetingBar only allowing the selection of the Mac calendar poses significant challenges in scheduling and updating appointments. The inability to integrate the 365 Teams calendar with MeetingBar results in a fragmented workflow. This requires manual synchronization between the Mac calendar and the 365 Teams calendar, leading to potential scheduling conflicts and inefficiencies.

Alternatives considered

To enhance functionality and streamline the scheduling process, I propose the integration of the 365 Teams calendar with MeetingBar. This integration should allow users to seamlessly select and synchronize their 365 Teams calendar within MeetingBar, ensuring real-time updates and cohesive calendar management.

Additional context

Benefits:

Unified Calendar Management: Users can manage their schedules from a single interface, reducing the risk of double-bookings and missed appointments. Increased Efficiency: Automating the synchronization process saves time and minimizes errors associated with manual updates. Improved Client Communication: Clients can reliably access up-to-date calendar information, enhancing transparency and trust. Broader Adoption: This feature could attract more users who rely on Office 365 and Teams, expanding MeetingBar’s user base. Conclusion: Integrating the 365 Teams calendar with MeetingBar would significantly improve the user experience for professionals who rely on both macOS and Microsoft Teams. This enhancement aligns with the needs of modern workflows and would make MeetingBar a more compelling choice for users requiring robust calendar management capabilities.

Thank you for considering this integration. I look forward to the potential implementation of this feature.
