error: no module named 'Qt' #7

Hello, I have tried to apply the script according to the instructions, but I'm getting the error: "No module named 'Qt'".

I'm using Maya 2023 and the Python version is 3.9.7.

i really like to be able to run this addon but im stuck with error code
