Server runs too fast on my home PC. #1

My block moves much faster than the speed it moved at in the lab computers.

Specs: Intel i5-3570k @ 4.3 GHz 8gb ram @ 2133 MHz nVidia GTX 670

The first method in the answer seems the same to the one we are using now. So I changed to the second method. Try to run it on your machine.
