chore: update readme - Githubissues

Documents that the Kodi SponsorBlock add-on can be used to block sponsors on Invidious. I was waiting for when they make an release with the Invidious code in, but they haven't yet. Thought I've draft this up already and opened an issue there asking if a release is coming. :thinking:

While I was at it, I overhauled the entire README so people had a better idea of what they were getting with this add-on.

Makes it a lot easier to describe it to others and recommend. ^-^'

I also wanted to open a PR to iv-org/invidious to list the add-on there, under Projects using Invidious, and thought a cleaner README would do some good:

I refrained from making an assets folder for now, so the links are just GitHub content links. (The CDN media gets uploaded to when pasting in a Gist or comment box.)
