Add documentation for themes. #165

Hi, This is a continuation of https://github.com/lektor/lektor/pull/467

I documented the current implementation, and also added the features discussed in https://github.com/lektor/lektor/pull/467 with a note !!!! not implemented yet

The idea is that we use this PR to further discuss the details of the themes implementation.

Note: I'm not a native English speaker, proofreads are welcome

Thank you for your review and changes, I was a little busy starting a new job, but I'm looking forward to implement the missing things
