Updates ft.io description and images in the showcase #363

It's been a few years (can't believe it!) since first adding my personal site to the showcase. I've since added two custom plugins, made a number of small but meaningful design changes, and changed from hosting on S3 to hosting on Netlify.

All of these changes are reflected in this update.
