Remove "dirty" question response handling #121

At present:

  1. User selects 7 hours of sleep for "sleep in past 24 hours"
  2. User selects 14 hours of sleep for "sleep in past 48 hours"
  3. User goes back and changes "sleep in past 24 hours" from 7 hours to 6 hours
  4. App deliberately keeps "sleep in past 48 hours" at 14 hours

User feedback requests that the app should recalculate "sleep in past 48 hours" whenever "sleep in past 24 hours" is changed.
