Remove the "Do you know of any other reason you should not fly/work today?" question.
A major concern that is missing item from the list below is to remove the page at the end of the self-assessment that asks the user if they know of any reason they should not work that day. This has nothing to do with fatigue nor is it backed by any fatigue science reviewed over many months by the workgroup. It is not included in the assessment that was developed by the workgroup and approved by the Excom so should not be added unilaterally to the electronic/app version of the card. This must be removed as a matter of priority. Not having it in the app does not force anyone to go to work, any more than any other risk assessment or personal evaluation of a situation.
