Add support for the conveter I use for moving from academic papers to kindle documents.

[ ] K2pdfopt to the install script so that the executable is placed into the dot folder correctly.
[ ] Set the file to auto-download and remove the locally saved version of the executable.
[ ] Add correct permissions (executable) setting to install script.

If the quaderno works out then this doesn't need to happen.
